Installation Procedure for Windows 95 Retail (4.00.950) & OSR1 (4.00.950A) 
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 1. Plug the adapter into one of the Master PCI slots of your PC.

 2. Power on your PC.

 3. Open Windows 95 operating system.

 4. Windows 95 will prompt "PCI Ethernet Controller" in "New Hardware Found"
    dialog box.

 5. Select "Driver from disk provided by hardware manufacturer" from "New
    Hardware Found" dialog box, then click the <OK> button.

 6. Insert driver disk bundled with "SURECOM EP-320X-S 100/10M Ethernet PCI Adapter".

 7. Enter the driver pathname, then click the <OK> button from "Install From
    Disk" dialog box.

      Example:

              A:\Win95a
     
 8. To complete the process, please follow the instructions on the screen.

 9. Restart your computer.
