how this project started: when I was in Turkey (July 2009) I have noticed 
that youtube is banned there, then I have written a little vbs script 
I made it an exe (extract itself to Temp and work) it chanded the Dns settings 
and broke the Bann but I have the code not protected and  one of my forum member 
tried to use it as he coded .. made me very nervous , and I have decided to publish 
an English version name: Dns Changer,
